Responsibilities :

• Brew a wide range of coffee beverages, ensuring each cup meets our standards and customer preferences.
• Efficiently manage a cash drawer, handling transactions and providing change as needed.
• Plate and present desserts in an appealing manner, complementing our customers’ coffee experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers, taking orders with a friendly demeanor and offering recommendations when requested.
• Contribute to a team effort, assisting colleagues and the floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a passion for coffee.
• Knowledge of different coffee beverages and the ability to learn our menu quickly.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
